A NOTE ON RETOUCHING
Whenever possible, fix it before the shoot. Digital cleanup is best used for occasional finishing touches or client-requested corrections — not as a substitute for cleaning, decluttering or preparing the property before photography.

Photography pricing begins with square footage. Properties with acreage, multiple structures or extensive features may be quoted based on the additional coverage required.
MULTI-SERVICE SAVINGS
Choose any 3 services and

For example: standard photography + property video + drone photography = $524
Complex properties: Acreage, guest houses, shops, barns, multiple structures or extensive outdoor features may require additional coverage and a custom quote. Acreage alone does not automatically increase the price.

BEFORE THE SHOOT
A little preparation makes a big difference.
Occupied properties are completely fine. Ideally, the property is cleaned and reasonably decluttered before the appointment so the shoot can stay focused on capturing the property at its best.
Clean + declutter
Clear countertops, obvious clutter and personal items where practical.
Make the rooms ready
Beds made, blinds adjusted and spaces presented the way you want them photographed.
Editing is for polish
Standard editing includes color correction, exposure balancing, perspective/lens correction and image optimization. Client-requested object removal or digital cleanup is available as an add-on, but it is not intended to replace normal property preparation and decluttering.
